WONDERFUL Wednesday!

Today we had a WONDERFUL day! Today Emma and I went with Kim and the girls to an open Gym. Last time we went Emma would not play and just wanted me to hold her so I was sort of expecting the same today. When we got there it was just us so she played until someone else came. Then she basically observed what was going on and then played at the end. She did great sharing too!
After we left we went to play outside so Guinness could do some running around... Emma loved that too! This girl would stay outside 24hours/day if I let her!!!

In addition to a great time at the gym it was another GORGEOUS fall day!!!

First day in CNY!

I think this will get us caught up.....

We are in NY and "settled" in the hotel until the closing of the house in SC and here.... Lets hope we will be getting settled in our house in the few weeks!
We ended up staying over night on Friday in VA because we were all tired... Guinness was not so sure about the car ride! We got up early 5AM and headed out the door Saturday. We got to NY around 2ish PM. It was a long drive and we are all VERY happy it was over. We unloaded some of the things that came with us at my parents and left Emma there so we could unpack the rest at the hotel. We then headed back to get Emma and have dinner.
Sunday we went to the pumpkin farm and it was nice but really muddy so it was hard to just let Emma rin like she wanted too because of the puddles of Mud. I ran into a roommate from college that I have not seen or spoken to in forever. It was nice to catch up with her while the kids played. We came back "home" so everyone could take naps that were needed by all. Then got up and headed to my sisters for what I requested for dinner. Turkey dinner. It was DELICIOUS!

I will miss our first home but know that we are going to
LOVE our new one just as much!!!

CNY Fun

We miss Kate and Amy (of course Neal too!) already! Emma and Kate had a great time together on Wednesday while the movers were at our house packing. Emma did her quiet time and Kate and I read what I thought was her FAVORITE book. Is your mama a llama? Apparently that is not her favorite book but she walked around as if it was! They then played and ate lunch and both took GREAT naps! I didn't think Emma was ready for bed yet so we were watching the Miners be rescued when I looked down at her she was sound asleep so I took her up to bed as well... They got up ate more cheerios and played some more! It was so fun watching them play together rather than just lay there like when they first met:)
